I was told since they start talking about this check that they wouldnt take this emergency money. But today I learned i wont get a check. I was going to use it to get a car and to get a better job but that wont be happening now.

I owe back child support of about 13k. For all the years I didnt work because I couldnt get a job with no car. I finally started working last June consistently and they take 100 a week out of my check. They took all my tax refund and they will take this emergency stimulus check. Heres the kicker. My x wife says she doesnt see a dime of it because she was on welfare at one point for a short time. I dont know if shes lying or not. If I call child support they are very rude to me. So my x still has excuses to why shes broke with my kid and will ask me for money to come get every other week it seems. It's always something, like my daughter is starving and she comes there and shes not starving or she could lose her car and she needs help with a payment or she could lose my daughter.

I cant get ahead in life and if I posted this on fb or something, people would say are you crying about child support!? Pay for your child! Take care of your child dude!! What a p.o.s!!
