I cannot vouch for it's authenticity of course.

What stands out to me is her extreme self-centeredness. Everything is the boyfriend's fault. The boyfriend never appreciated her or paid attention. The boyfriend forced her to live in squalor. The boyfriend played video games all day.

But she believed in him and in them and believed everything would change and be better later on. She cared and sacrificed and compromised and loved.

The boyfriend was 34.
