Tease, power trip, or reaffirming that she still has you by the dick and balls. It could be a mix of all three. This reminds me of when I was married..she was weaning me off of sex very slowly because I refused to have a child while in college. It was her way of trying to control me.

Either way, I would just be finishing home work and started up the good ole Xbox 360 to play some Skyrim. About 30 minutes into my play session she would get up, come over, and start grinding on my lap for attention. She would then grab my hand, turn off my console, and lead me up the stairs. As soon as I'm thinking "oh shit it's been like a month and a half, I'm finally about to smash" she would say "I just wanted us to go to bed, you know I like to tease" that shit used to piss me off so much. After a while, she'd try to come over and I'd push her ass off me.

Those nights were worth the couch.
