I feel there are loopholes within that story.
They're supposed to be over 60 years old, and the woman keeps working - what about the man? Bored and on retirement, or unemployed? If the later, then welp, I guess it's nice of him since he has nothing better to do anyway and he supports his wife.

But apparently, that post shows that those women miss the point of it, and expect it like a norm.

Men pretty much work much more than women do, and they are supposed to do chores around them?

Hehe, the best buddy of my dad did this.

Had a regular good job. Took his wife to work early every day, worked, came back home at 16-17, made dinner and cleaned house, and picked up wifey from work at 19-20.

Did this all his life. Dropped dead at 60 on the day they finally paid off the house. Looked horrible for the last ten years.
