Okay, so he won't close the door when a woman enters his office thus he cannot touch her or speak words that she finds offensive. He won't look at her because he might be "eye raping" her. He's strictly business in terms of any verbal communication. You can't tell her she looks nice even in a nonsexual manner like "That's a nice dress. It matches your eyes." That can result in you going to HR. You cant offer help even if it's legit because that can result in a sexual harassment charge. If you see a woman in an elevator, either catch the next one or take the stairs. You can't offer her help because that can result in being called to HR. Even if she invites you out for a lunch break, don't do it because there is a lack of witnesses. If her car beaks down, don't give her a jump. Flat tire? Leave her alone. She's choking and might die? Either let her do it herself or get a female to do it. Needs CPR? Get a woman to do it.

There. Problem solved. Now, they are not near you ever by themselves nor can they do anything "sexist". Any possible scenario that can result in sexual whatever has a solution. Minimize contact as much as possible. Speak strictly only business with her.

No more sexual harassment. Disengage and walk away.

It saddens me to see poor sods who objectively have done nothing wrong in regards to their behaviour towards women suddenly question themselves and guilt-trip over "how I may have been perceived"...

Western men are already full of confidence issues they do not need to be beaten further down.

Then women wonder "where have all the good (bad boys comparatively) men gone?"

If they have not left the sinking ship they are crying in a corner terrified that they may be next in the witch hunt simply for expressing their masculinity. No wonder women ironically turn to real patriarchal cultures (Islam...) to get their "confident/good men"

The Pence Law is given too much weight here, and should be called out for what it is: gender apartheid. Othering women, and freezing them out of networking, career-advancing social opportunities is simply another kind of sexual harassment.

'Othering' women -- what on earth gives them the right to dictate how to manage our risks? She should be grateful that men, being the brutes we have been accused of, have decided to leave them alone. Besides, women can do anything men can, so they do not need any networking help or 'career-advancing social opportunities'.

They do not seem to realise that the more oppressive they become, the more repulsed we are by them.
