Start your own business gentlemen, don't be a wage slave, don't work for anyone. But don't start your business in any Western country where taxes are high and you may be forced to hire women by law, start your business in emerging countries where the opportunities are plenty, taxes are low and there is no feminist bullshit. Well. At least Delft isn't following suit - that's where the real innovation in the Netherlands is being done anyway. Guess the meritocracy still has a bastion in the Netherlands. TU Eindhoven used to be Philips' goldmine, but that lightbulb has dimmed quite a bit it seems. Really curious if there'll be a challenge on this, 'cause honestly, in the Netherlands, it is unconstitutional to show favoritism based on gender. The first article of our constitution, translated:

This kind of thing will die on the first legal challenge. So far the only reason these practices persist, is that they have not yet been challenged.
