Instagram must be worst of all social networks. Its so fake and narcissistic that it makes me puke. Ugly little creatures get 500 likes, so called "famous" have 100k people following them while they post their shitty face every god damn day. It is mirror of our society. It is proof of evolution failure. Fuck instagram!

Absolutely agree. While IG may be a good medium for artists and photographers and companies to showcase their works, the vast majority of traffic goes toward female "models" and thots. And dare I say it with connotations reserved for men but these women are losers, deadbeats, lowlifes, creeps for their soft core, escort ad accounts on public display: crotches, under/side boobs, backsides all to boost their self esteem. Am I hater? Damn right I am! I hate their utter vapidness, shallowness, worthlessness who in a few years of a mobile age created a culture of selfies, duck lips, yoga pants strutting and bending over. In later years I see many, many of these mini-celebrities of 1m/2m followers suffering dementia, senility, Alzheimer's and other mental deficiencies for never utilizing their brain faculties in life: drooling vegetables in a nursing home or someone's basement.

Most of these females probably couldn't write a formula in a spreadsheet, write a coherent memorandum to a business client, develop a critical thinking, abstract thought. At this point historians cannot fotnote the dumbing down of modern society but must make it part of the master narrative. Between reality shows, social media, mass consumerism, standardized testing school curricula, musicianship reduced to auto-tunes, literature reduced to 140-character text lingo, and more fallouts, we have degenerated as an evolved form of consciousness.

I have both a fb and an Insta. I only keep my facebook to see stuff about a museum I volunteer with and keep in touch with family. Insta was more just to see what's going on with some of the stuff I like and see what companies like Bass Pro and cabelas are up to. I have maybe 6 photos on instagram. The most annoying thing about chicks on it is the blatant attention whoring. Especially when they had their handles in dating profiles but you couldn't see their accounts unless you followed them. Then the numbers 1000 pics, most are selfies and shitty quotes and 500 followers. How many of those are thirsty dudes from dating apps?
