There is no wage gap, women work far less hours than men so they earn less. Not too mention they dont do the dirty and difficult jobs that pay well even if you aren't overally intelligent. A guy can make 6 figures as a plumber, oil worker ect whereas their female equivalent is probably a cashier making 20k

I'm a business. It costs $0.70 per dollar to hire a woman than a man. Why wouldn't I just fire all my male employees and hire women? There, debunked using simple capitalism.
