There is no enemy. If there is an enemy it is inside. If there is an enemy inside it tells you that things you want are not possible. He tells you that when the things you want don't happen that you should be unhappy.

That you should blame others or even worse to curse yourself into darkness and negativity. The enemy tells you you are not good enough. The enemy tells you that you will never be good enough. The enemy tells you to be jealous of others.

The enemy tells you that you must protect yourself from pain and suffering. The enemy tells you that you must protect yourself from pain by getting more money, approval and validation from others, and control.

The enemy tells you that the amount of sex you have is directly related to how cool or how great of a person you are. The enemy tells you that the amount of validation and approval you receive from other people is the most important thing in the world.

The enemy wants you to believe that the enemy is outside of you and that you are a victim. The enemy disguises itself in yourself to make you believe it is you and is real. The enemy projects it's biggest insecurities on your outside world to make you believe it is outside of you

Love is the enemies kryptonite. Love is the answer. Love is deep acceptance of everything that is happening and deals with it strait on. Love defeats the enemy inside. Love overcomes the fear that the enemy wants you to feel. Love is what evolves you to the next level.

Love says that everything that happens is an opportunity for you to evolve to the next level. Love says there is no perfection that exists outside of this moment. Love accepts everything exactly as it is in this moment.

Love values progress over perfection in the short and long term. Every day is an opportunity to progress to the next level and every day you are perfectly where you need to be. Love says that we are validated and accepted exactly as we are.

Love says that self validation and acceptance gives way to progress and evolution. Love says that happiness and freedom is a choice. Love accepts the worst possible outcome and is still love when the worst and best possible outcomes are happening.

Love recognizes that the only enemy is the one that is inside. The enemy that creates fear and victim mentality that is blind to the choice that love is here and always here.

Eliminate the enemy with love and in the present moment it is gone. The present moment is love and the only place where the enemy does not exist. We are always in the present moment. There is no enemy. Only love.
