Outside of perhaps being exposed to this exact thing, and being aware of how rampant it is becoming, social media is really doing you no favors. Even at that, I don't know how much of a favor that really is when you can just figure it out through other means.

Social media fucks up your brain chemistry, as evidenced by the absurd behavior of thots and simps running amok on it.

You'll feel a lot healthier if you get rid of them. Unless maybe you're young enough that you've been on there since you were old enough to read. If that's the case, I don't have the same experience and can't truly speak as to how good or bad for you it would be to leave, but I do have a suspicion that it would still be beneficial.

You get caught up in this bullshit and it effects your entire view on everything.

Go outside, get off instathot.
