I’m in my 50’s. I have COUNTLESS stories of women I’ve worked with throughout the decades missing work. Companies always worried about losing their diversity hire status would just let it go. You could always tell when a woman was near getting fired because they would quickly hire another woman for no apparent and weeks would go by as they very carefully fire the prior. Never ending cycle that really made our work suffer.
