This is a Korean drama called Misaeng: Incomplete Life - I believe it's on Netflix. The thing is, the show portrays them to be assholes, so even though I would agree with what they are saying, the directors design the narrative for the common viewer to root for the female character here. It has an awkward start, but if you wanna watch something new, I recommend it. It's about a guy who failed to become a professional go player (an Asian board game, also called baduk in Korean) trying to incorporate himself in the corporate world with zero skill, experience, and education. I think the show will resonate with a lot of young men here trying to climb up in this world - it certainly struck a chord with me. You'll also get a glimpse of how cutthroat Asian corporate culture could be in comparison to Western cultures.

misaeng! i never finished it but it was good. this guy eventually likes the girl and helps her though, cuz she works hard. The show acts like he is horrible for having this view, but he is exactly right, especially for south korea.
