But here's a radical idea: women actually earn more when adjusted for work hours, intensity, and holidays.

Yes; in practically every job women work fewer hours, shirk off the hard parts of the job (intensity), and take much longer & more frequent vacations. So after adjusting for those factors women earn more than men. How do they get away with it? Pussypass.

Good luck convincing anyone of that.

Jokes aside, that is actually a useful way to explain to people the wage gap does not exist. If women actually could be paid less for the same output, men would all be unemployed, or male wages will fall to match women's wages.

Even when the 100% female employee work force on the last day of the company's existence won't admit any wrongdoing for the company going under. They'll fight and hate each other over comments, buying the same outfit at Walmart, lipstick or some other junk but not about the big picture.
