Scenario: Chad goes ahead and fucks a taken women. He knows of the boyfriend but not on a personal level by any means

He doesn’t do this out of spite, the women and Chad just had chemistry and hit it off one night. He does this with multiple women he doesn’t care if they are taken or not, but never to close friends.

Obviously, the boyfriend should dump his girlfriend. But my question is: is Chad in the wrong here at all?
