It’s value is based on entertainment, not utility so the answer is likely not. Not he best option but diversification wouldn’t hurt specially that it’s still around after all these years.

If a collapse comes, crypto ain’t worth shit if the internet goes down. Cryptos are only useful really to take wealth over borders like the Chinese millionaire who escape China. Even for crime, it’s not really anonymous.

But if you want to play roulette, sure. Bitcoin has first mover status, which is big. Like no one heard of epier (vs eBay). But secondmover sites like reddit overcame Digg just as Facebook overcame MySpace.

It’s rare that 3rd/4th movers gain true traction and this will just be some coattail riding for a while.

I bought a million at 1/8 of a penny, im killing it! to the mooon baby! I mentioned dogecoins here a few weeks ago and got downvoted to oblivion, but im almost x10 on my money, i also got ETH at 17$ so lets go! doge is an easy x10 at a penny, easy buy right now, my one regret is I didnt buy more

dogecoin was the first coin i bought many years ago (like 100k for 30$)

but honestly now i would never recommend anybody to buy this garbage

dogecoin has no real world utility and was created as a meme

Also the price of a coin is calculated by deviding the market cap by the circulating coin supply

id be very surprised if dogecoin with its supply and no real world use would one day be worth 1000$ (also id be mad because all the usb sticks where i backed up my dogecoin wallet have broken and i wouldnt be able to get my wallet back)

I wouldnt claim to be an expert in the crypto space, but ive done alot of research over the years and i think can tell which coins have huge potentials and which not

If you want an undervalued coin with a real world use case, that is used by companies, governments and even the united nations themself, that not only has a fixed amount of tokens like btc but also has active deflation and pays out tokens (like dividends) while holding your tokens on the network, then you should go and get some LTO

price right now is about 0.16$ and that one can easily go to 10$ and alot more by the end of this year (100+$ are easily possible long term)

Ive already calculated that if it reaches about 3-5$ per coin, id be able to quit my job and live off the rewards im gonna get from this one

have an exit strategy for altcoins

long term only BTC makes sense not even ETH

I am not sure if it will reach BTC status but ETH is more likely. I would say probably not though because BTC has only so much in circulation and ETH will be good for transactions but not DOGE.
