It's not illegal to record in public places but covertly in say the work place isn't allowed as far as I know. Not without informing people or having their permission but I'm really not sure on that. (UK based as well).

it fits always be recording (abr) and like noted here, there are some limits to where it can be used, though would help with false accusations.

reminds me, for the netflix watchers, of black mirror, "the history of you".

I've seen glasses with tiny cameras on them before. It's indistinguishable from regular glasses and has a memory card slot.
