Looking back, I can't believe all those hours I wasted on Tinder.

I was well aware of the statistics - that women only swipe right for the top 5% or so of guys.

I knew about women's hypergamous nature, and the fact that many women ride the cock carousel with ferocious vigour in their twenties.

I was aware that there is no better time than today, to be a young woman in western society, and that if women want a short term or long term relationship they merely need to click their fingers (or swipe, if you will) - while most men have to struggle to stand out and be noticed.

I remember how frustrating it was using Tinder and the other dating apps. I got ignored by women more times than I could count. I got catfished on multiple occasions, and had to sit through a boring, lengthy date many times. I spent hours and hours swiping and messaging, deleting and redownloading the apps, and refining my profile to present myself as the perfect catch.

But none of it mattered.

I laugh when I remember those times. I learnt many valuable lessons about female hypergamy, and the privilege and entitlement of modern women. I also learnt a lot about how to waste time. But most importantly I learnt the importance of never seeking female validation in any way. Who cares what they think? Why spend hours and hours trying to get their attention, impress them, or ask them out? No woman is worth the amount of time that many men shower them with these days.

I'm thankful for my days using Tinder. They remind me of the way that this gynocentric society is going, and reinforce the fact that Going Your Own Way is the winning choice.
