The problem is, that the law states as a guy you can get a lot of shit thrown at you.

Yes those exist and they're super stupid but I am a guy who turned into a girl who likes girls but the difference is I present myself as masculine therefore I have the freedom to not have titties or chop my dick off and I can dress a normal boy clothes the only difference between me and a man is that I technically I'm a woman therefore if you don't hire me you are a pressing me I can play the woman card I can also play the transcard and if you disagree with me you're a sexist transphobic bigot

I've seen this more of a US-CANADA problem than an EU ''problem'', it actually is genius, just like TFM said, if you can't beat them with due process-facts, outcrazy them-beat them at their own game, if femnism goes to the ''transgender activism'' route here in Europe too, it might be a genius strat to get due process during a modern witch trial (sexual harassment accusations at work), i will never date since that's just an easy route to slavery in the long term, we've seen how we must predict laws in the future since they act retroactively, the only problem left now are false accusations in the workplace, this ''masculine presenting transgender lesbian'' seems genius.
