Don't date anyone you work with. Don't even hang out with women you work with. I used this rule in the Army, and it saved my ass from a lot of drama more than a few times.

Don't shit where you eat. Don't dip your pen in the company ink. I have seen many a man in many a workplace come to ruin and hardship by doing this. Don't do it. I don't care if she's a supermodel. I don't care if she's wafting her musk in your direction. I don't care if has a horn and three tits. Don't do it. Ever.

Since you'll be working primarily with women, you're gonna have to tread carefully and sometimes tiptoe around the bullshit. Try to remain socially aloof from most of the people you work with. Develop a circle of male co-workers that you can kick it with and socialize with on breaks or at lunch break.
