Lifting is not a waste of time.. As I approach my late thirties I look at my friends over the years and I can tell how much my fitness has made.

I look better, have more energy, complain less about being in pain from being overweight. Some friends have developed diabetes and other health conditions.

And there is no art to being a pua.. Get ripped, and girls come to you. Little money, little effort.

PUAs just cannot get it out of their heads that straight up paying for sex is not all that different from what they do. Their flaw is that they put value on perceived female validation. It matters that the female validates their ego. That's unMGTOW.

that's not how PUA works. By using PUA correctly you are impressive PERIOD and you can choose to ALSO pick up women BECAUSE you are higher value.

You can be lower value if you want.

You can be higher value and ignore women if you want.

Do whatever you want
