I came across something interesting earlier. It’s called “no true Scotsman” and essentially it’s like anytime you point out the fact that somebody who identifies or does something as part of a group you can simply say “oh but no true x”

Eg. “My father is a Scotsman and he likes wine”

“Aye bit no TRUE Scotsman drinks wine”

And it’s interchangeable for all types of things. So I’m the case of socialism/communism/equality propaganda it would be something like this

“Communism/socialism has always failed when tried to be implemented in its definitive form and millions of people have died every time it has been tried”

“Oh but that wasn’t TRUE communism”

I love Uncle Milty. Bought a relative a shirt 2 Christmases ago of "Milton" in the Metallica font. All his lectures from the mid to late 70s apply completely to today. It helped me understand that economics is kept in a status quo and nothing has really changed or developed since post-WW2 culture was calcified by media.
