Well, it's literally true.

Both in the "pragmatic" sense: women (particularly "feministy" women) are functionally "disabled."

And in the "legal" sense: despite females actually being a MAJORITY of the total population, they are labeled as a "minority"; and handed all kinds of special "handicap compensations" under the rubric that merely being female IS a relative "disability." (And the vast majority of even "feminist" rhetoric is based upon this core foundation.)
