Without going into a lot of unnecessary detail, let's begin with the premise that the entire point of MGTOW is independence. Once you hand your fate, or any part of it, over to a woman, or the government (and they're often the same thing) you're handing over part of your soul. And you won't get it back without an immense amount of suffering.

The foundations of being able to remain independent have two pillars: money and fitness/health. With the first, you can obtain essentially anything you want or need. Without the second, you're helpless. You have to have money, and you have to be strong, in other words.

Given all this, I've discovered and begun using two tools that have helped me a lot:

www.myfitnesspal.com: This is a free, downloadable, immensely rich mobile app that allows you to track everything you put in your mouth, and all of your workouts. It's amazing how much easier it is when you know that that donut has 410 calories, and that burning it off will require 45 minutes on an elliptical.

www.veryfi.com: This is not free, but it's worth the money. It allows you to simply snap a picture of any paper receipt you get from buying anything, and based on that, put together a very realistic picture of what you're spending, where it's going and so on. If instead of a paper receipt, one's emailed to you, you just forward it, and the same thing happens.

In both cases, what you're doing is developing metrics -- a fitness budget, if you will, and a financial budget. You cannot remain independent if you don't know exactly what's going on, and these apps will tell you. I know exactly how many calories I burn every day -- if I go above that, I start getting fat. If I go below it, I start losing weight. And so on. I know exactly how much money I'm spending every month just on my day-to-day existence. Generate more income than that, all's good. Less, trouble. And so on.

Start with knowing what's going on. Everything else follows from that.
