They were discussing domestic abuse and brought the example of an Australian Twitch streamer who assaulted his wife during a stream (after yelling stop MANY times and trying to de-escalate the situation multiple times)

Essentially, his wife yelled and appears to have thrown a box at the guy, who eventually gets up, and a hard slap is heard off camera. His wife is heard screaming “He just hit me in the face!” He was arrested for common assault by local police.

Later on it turned out that she had been abusing him for some years and that was his breaking point.
