I received a letter from the court today they have found her in contempt of child support and have sentenced her to 60days in jail she has until December 5th to pay $500 and must pay in full and can not miss a payment until then or she is going to jail. If also if she doesn’t meet the requirements of the court they will prosecute felony failure to support. I feel like if the shoe was on the other foot they would still press the felony regardless and I would not have gotten off so lightly
