You can fire them. Sure, it's not instant and takes a while, but by jolly it's fun to watch the rat race over a period of time. Firstly, create a bullshit department and attach a heap of internal policy to it. Second, get them to sign up on a new employment contract under management expansion or some other high stake, enticing title. Women love titles and status, so it should be easy to get them to sign it.

In that fresh, new status contract, make sure you attach a heap of contract performance requirements to it. Like adhering to a rotating role in every department for management training. Praise the contract and whine about how you wish you could have it.

The firmly entrenched women with cushion jobs who play the game come like bees looking for free pollen. They want the contract and the 'titles' it comes with.

But bitches be stupid, so once you've them suckered in, you can create menial and subpar tasks that are 'important' to keep them from guessing Then rotate them into different departments until they can't keep up because of the new employment contract's requirements. If you discover that they don't they don't like the department they're in, keep them in there and proclaim rotation will be coming shortly. But keep them in there with little trickles of hope. Soon, they will start using up their leave and refusing to work anymore. "It's too hard."

They will soon try to sue you for unfairness and all that procedure, but you pull out that fresh contract and read out the rules. Watch their face turn pale.

Fun fact: If you're starting a new company, always keep your employment contracts as temporary or maximum two years jurisdiction! Treat those men closest to you like royals, and they will stay loyal. They will soon start to understand the gist of the reasoning for such measure and will be happy to sign a new contract every so often.

Long term to the overall company, yes.

But this guy very likely no longer has ANY vested interest* in the long term prospects of the company itself... only in it (and particularly his position, salary & benefits) continuing for the relatively short term near future... the next decade or so.

He's too old to get promoted much further, and what "retirement" funds he has are almost certainly in a 401k that are invested in mutual funds which are invested in the broad overall stock market (i.e. NOT directly in his employer's company stock)... so it doesn't matter TO HIM if the company (eventually,say a decade or more from now) becomes unprofitable or even goes bankrupt. So long as that happens AFTER he retires, he won't really care, because it won't negatively affect him personally/financially.

As long as they can avoid doing anything for a few more years. I guess some guys just can't see from the point of view of a person that literally has nothing to offer. That worldview of all wealth is just a matter of politician power plays really is the foundation of the collapse. I don't see it changing in our lifetime without the aforementioned collapse.

I'd slightly disagree... the foundational "root" of that worldview is that "Money" is "Wealth"-- the equivalent of thinking that a "coat claim check" is the same thing as a coat.

This is why I insist that the fundamental misunderstanding (or LACK of conceptual understanding/comprehension) is about what WEALTH (and"capital") actually consists of, where it comes from, how it is created (or that it even IS "created" in the first place).

Most "educated" (mis-educated/mis-informed, and generally speaking entirely "inexperienced" in terms of the real world) people are utterly and completely clueless... in nosmallpart because "capitalism" (true "capital") has beenso successful, that vast masses of people have been able to live their entire lives with essentially ZERO connection to, or even indirect experience of actual "production"... more so in the west in recent decades than ever before (at least on a "mass" scale). Thus many of the middlemen, bureaucrats, bankers/financiers & assorted other "office" people actually -- and quite "honestly" and sincerely -- believe that what THEY do (paper & digit manipulation) somehow IS "production" of wealth (rather than scamming/scheming parasitism).

Among other things of course... this LACK of actual understanding leads to any number of "redistributionist" fallacies (i.e.that the "pie" simply exists ex nihilo and it's just a matter of how you slice it, dish it out).

I see lots of your posts on here and its nice to know at least someone else gets it.

No, I don't think they actually are "aware"; certainly not "fully aware"... not in regards to actual "productive" work, which they simply don't think exists.*

I think it's more akin to the "imposter syndrome" -- they know they are frauds/fakes, and fear being "caught" and "exposed" (no doubt because they ARE "fully aware" that they "cheated" to obtain grades, test scores, certs, degrees, etc; and that they r v bnm eally DON'T comprehend what it is they are doing/or supposed to be doing) --but that ISN'T the same thing as actually comprehending the useless/counterproductive parasitic vapidity of their jobs.

* One of the main & frequently repeated "memes/themes" of the /r/futurology and /r/UBI crowds is the belief that everything is already made "by robots." (And yes that ought to be contradicted by many of their other memes/themes -- but the cognitive-dissonance is rampant, and logical/analytical-thought, especially based on real world limitations just is not their forte -- they've grown up in an artificial "bubble" world and been far too insulated/isolated from reality to have a clue.)

Ayup. At 50+ there is very likely ZERO possibility of any further substantial promotion...

So basically he's just "marking time" (another decade, possibly less) and he can retire (as young as age 59-1/2 he can start living off 401k/IRA funds without incurring any "early withdrawal" tax penalties)... in the meantime, he's probably making a decent salary, gets good benefits, etc.

At this stage of his career and the environment we have where women can destroy anyone's career, he won't be taking any risks.

Again, YUP. He's likely too old, and actual "skills" (very likely) getting a bit outdated (if not actually obsolete)... such that making any "lateral" move in terms of a job would be difficult (especially in terms of finding a similar salary/benefits).

So from his perspective he has EVERY incentive to just "go with the flow" and "not make waves" -- and ZERO possible benefit to doing so; only a shitfest of negative things (including potentially financial "disaster"; especially since he's likely STILL very much burdened with debt {mortgage, car payments, etc}).
