Weird. I just tried it and get bar graphs and two pictures of trains (because apparently there's a place in Pennsylvania along the railroad called "MG Tower").

Searching "Average MGTOW" gets me that one guy who went to a feminist rally wearing a weird cheerleader costume, a bunch of MGTOW roadsign logos, and a few memes.
