It's not a joke. I used to play a certain well-known card game with my sons. Not tournament level, but we were pretty good. That game got infested as well. I kept my PSP in pristine condition, and gave it to my sons as they learned to game. We bought a second one near the tail end of the cycle, and that's still alive (though just barely). Porn does not reduce your base Testosterone, except cause minor fluctuations. As for exercising every day, do what you want, but you can probably get 85% of the benefit from 3 times a week. And sugar is a junk calorie, but it's not any different than other junk. People are fat because they consume too many calories, not sugar specifically. It's just a pure carb, not much different than a potato, obviously without the satiety or vitamins. In moderate doses, it's completely fine.

Please, less bullshit. If maca root or any of the other "natural herbal" solutions were proven effective, it would be sold on every street corner. You basically have 2 choices. You can take TRT or other PEDs if you want a consistent, large increase. Or you can lose weight, lift heavy (especially squatting), eat right, get enough sleep, avoid stupid crap, supplement to ensure no deficiencies....and then perhaps you'll have a slight change for the better.
