I think they are talking about hosting providers. AWS removed web hosting of Parler for upholding freedom of speech. AWS and other hosting providers may come for individual sites who they see as against the narrative. US was the last country left where freedom of speech used to be enforced. Tech giants proved that they are against it.

I was living this lifestyle for about fifty years before I ever heard there was a name for it, and before I first found out other guys were also living this way. I don't NEED the internet to keep living according to the philosophy. Web connections are a "want".
