I am in the military too, I understand you my friend, I tried to called my ex girlfriend after she left home after a fight we had and she was too drunk to close her phone, she opened it instead. I started to listen, she was having sex with an other man, I had to listen to this shit while alone in the dark living room, I almost jumped from the balcony of my apartment.

I left her and started a new relationship with a Chinese girl, really hot and smart. Force me to pay all the bills, control all my money, Forces me to pay for vacation in stupid tourist trap, scream as loud as she can when I disagreed with her, Punch me in the face, hit my balls, bite me, slap me, force me to clean... LOL FUCK THAT SHIT! The pussy and sex was golden, that the only reason I put up with that abuse.

After she punch me and threaten me with a heavy boiling pot, I kick her out of my apartment. She tried to come back, begging, switch from being all loving to careless, using different tactics to get what she need; a fucking PERMANENT Residency card... The bitch is out and terminated.

I never feel so free in my life, I have all the free time in the world to save money, travel, going at the gym, no more nagging about stupid tourist vacation. No more endless tasking given by my wife to do all days, getting a phone call every 30 minutes to check on me. She was sucking the life out of me.

I was basing my self-esteem on being married, I tough I achieved the society standard of happiness believe me, being with a girl is not happiness, it seem like it at first but once the time sinks in, it become hell, being the slave bitch working your ass off to pay the bill so I could fuck her. This is a fantasy, a Hollywood fictions of life.

Realize that once you remove women from your life, you get all you want, money, time, travel, and because you are free and wealthy women will throw themselves at you, just pump and dump.

In a few week, you will be laughing at yourself being so down right now.

It must hurt. Accept the fact that she never loved you in the first place. It was an illusion. The moment you went into war she already discarded you like a card that doesn't belong in a deck. Try to protect your assets while you can.

To start new you have to accept what happened and move on. It's your life and at least at the bare minimum, you are free. I hope.

Delve in to philosophy! (add it as one of your hobbies) a lot of MGTOW thinking comes from great philosophers. (personal favorite: Nietzsche) but alot of good things to mention and to ponder about.

A lot of the best ideas have already been mentioned, but I'll take a stab at a couple more.

If you don't journal every day, start. The most successful people in business have this habit. It's great for getting your thoughts out of your head and really helps you reflect on what you're going through, as well as where you're headed. It's like self-therapy, lol.
Visit places you used to visit with her. This forces you to create new memories of those places without her in them, and it will help you overcome that feeling of being haunted by her.
Watch MGTOW videos on Youtube. There are some really good ones that will help you get through this. TFM's MGTOW Grief Cycle is excellent - and his "She Never Loved You" video is a must-watch, and John from MGTOWisFreedom puts out amazing content (he's like the male figure we all need in our life.) Sandman also has some good material on a broad array of topics.

She's a bitch and a who're and she doesn't deserve to have any impact on your life. The only reason she does is because you loved her. You did your part, she didn't. You could've done things better (like all of us), but your not being flawless doesn't excuse what she did (although in her mind it does.)

As a habit, try to build gratitude. Be grateful for things that work out. Case in point: imagine if she'd admitted the cheating, cried, and promised it would never happen again - only to get knocked up by this other guy? That could've easily happened to you, but you escaped that! So her being a cold-hearted bitch was kind of a blessing.

Being 100% brutally honest: The reason you think your wife gave a shit about you is the same reason you think you "brought freedom to oppressed people". If referring to the Middle East, the current state of affairs is crystal clear, as well as the reasons for the campaigns.
