My family today is against me due to the fact I didn’t tie by brothers tie for him. I told them that he needs to learn this skill because there will be a time where he needs to do this on his own. Instead of seeing the logic behind this choice I get ridiculed by mother, as my father and brother Attempt to guilt trip me. Thing is I would have been happy to help but he didn’t even attempt. He took the tie out of its packaging and expected someone to help. My mothers complaining because I refused to follow through with what she asked and I even stated “if you ask someone to do something they have the choice to accept or deny the request” her reaction was “ I don’t care about your reasoning just do it”.

Edit: my parents are now saying he doesn’t have to wear it if he didn’t want to.
