Frame is the context which you place your arguments or points. Reframing means changing that context. Holding frame means sticking to the context. Breaking frame refers to attempting to break the other person's frame by changing your frame.

Frame is a reality. Holding frame is keeping your reality. Losing frame is entering someone else’s reality. When you’re not in your own frame you’re subject to the framer’s imagination, truths and laws. You can be manipulated. When you’re in your frame you maintain your sovereignty and integrity. You get to be in control because you’re setting the perspective.
