No sane man would get married in today's legal climate (UK or US). Concomitantly, if things continue on their current course, with the native population not having enough children to maintain numbers, the only option to stop the economy and welfare system collapsing is to continue importing 10s of thousands of people each year (look at Japan's current situation).

Alternatively, will there be a swing in the pendulum of society, resulting in Beta men (that's 80% of us let's be honest) putting their foot down and saying enough is enough? Would that make any difference anyways?
