What is fun to do?

Since adopting this MGTOW philosophy and since putting less value in people due to people seemingly always letting you down in someway, I’ll admit I’m bored a lot. There’s only so many youtube videos to watch or audiobooks you can listen too before I’m craving something else to do. Today I plan on watching both NFL playoff games. Last night I was bored though.

Once you've had a bunch of sex, done a bunch of drugs, travelled a bit, and eaten most of the foods, there's really not much more to do or discover. I was like 25 when I started asking myself "so that's it? Isn't there more to life than this?" And the answer is no. No there's not. The next 60 years are just finding new ways to distract yourself and give yourself the illusion of happiness until u die.

seems very repetitive to me

I heard a MGTOW content creator that said it's important to seek mostly hobbies that doesn't have a finish line. (Solitary Wolf, Happy Humble Hermit or Marcel Enlightened - one of these guys, don't remember who)

I'll give an example to make myself clear: imagine if you have a hobby like playing a game like PUBG (my case) eventually I get bored with it bcoz despite the fact the game pretty random, eventually you know the best spots to drop, best guns, best strategies to every situation and you start winning all the time.

Now imagine you're playing the guitar... You learn the basics, you have to improve your mind to remember the sequences of the song, you have to train your hands to play the chords the right way and you go for easy songs, then they get boring and you go for more difficult songs, eventually you learn some songs that requires you to use fingers that weren't supposed to be used (neon - John Mayer), then you find another song that requires speed and you keep working to master it... Now you know many pop and rock songs and you discover some awesome Blues song and you have to adapt what you learned to this new style...

My point is: there are hobbies that force you to always keep improving yourself and some that you'll master quickly. You should focus on long term hobbies... For example: playing an instrument, learning a new language, cooking, video editing, programing, drawing...

Traveling is a good hobbie, there are always new things to learn about places, beautiful places to visit, foods to eat (Fortaleza, Salvador and Minas Gerais are awesome places to visit in Brazil if you like to try new foods)

Start training jiu jitsu...a martial art that is social and also offers opportunities for competition....if you want to be a little more isolated, start boxing...
