This fender guy needs to learn about frame first.

The things that PUA fags claim about frame and all that are not even close to what frame actually means .

To understand the concept of being in control, we first have to understand what a frame actually is.

A frame is, from a redpilled perspective, an unspoken acceptance of one person’s authority (the man) and the other chromosomal variant (the woman) is going to follow along with that.

Let's take some examples :

When you have a boss, when you’re at work, you’re in your boss’s frame. You’re doing what he says and you’re producing whatever it is he wants you to produce. You’re a utility to that guy, and you have to be useful to that guy because you are in his frame.

When you were a kid, you were in your parents’ frame, because you were dependent on them, and you mostly had to do what they said.

Now, when a redpilled man gets into interpersonal relationships, he needs to create and maintain that frame by giving their inner self the permission to be that dominant man that he is supposed to be as a man.

But most blue pilled guys in a relationship don’t want to do that. Why? Because they’ve been taught for most of their lives that they’re supposed to cater to the woman in terms of "being supportive to your wife" and all that crap. They’re supposed to defer to mommy. They’re supposed to defer to wifey. They’re supposed to defer to whatever woman is in charge of them.

The truth is: in a relationship (does not matted whether it's an STR, plate, FWB or LTR), women are always going to be in charge of you if you don’t make yourself your mental point of origin . If you make women your mental point of origin, you’ll never have frame to begin with.

So the first and most important aspect of frame, is you have to make yourself your Mental Point of Origin . You have to put yourself first, you have to make decisions for yourself, and then you have to decide who you want to have as part of your frame.

Most men do not make themselves their own mental point of origin. They make women their mental point of origin.

I think most boys are actually born as a good combination of alpha beta behavior (okay, let me clear one thing here : no one can be 100% alpha or beta, every single man has both things in him, but the indoctrination and betafication makes them to increase the beta behavior inside them). The problem is, they are systematically told since their childhood that that’s bad, and they need to think about others, especially others feelings (mommy, wifey etc). Think about that. We have to think about other people’s feelings first.

What does that do? It prioritizes emotion above logic and reason and that’s what we teach boys. It doesn’t matter what the context is, or what is going on, or what the information is, it’s all about feelings. You need to think about others feelings before you do something, because you might hurt someone’s feelings.

The feminine imperative teaches boys today that they should never be their first thought, they shouldn’t be their own mental point of origin, and women should always be first in their thinking, and as part of that education, boys and then men tend to put women as their first order of thinking.

When a decision is to be made, boys are supposed to think about others, or they’re supposed to think about mommy, or the female teacher, or sister, or girlfriend, or wifey etc. they’re supposed to put other people’s needs before their own.

In religion we say you have to be a good servant and have a servant’s heart. Well the problem with that is it doesn’t serve that guy’s interests, and what it does is it ends up hobbling that guy later on in life.

Now, mgtow, the most unique part of redpill as I consider, does not want any female to operate in their frame, and those who do (pump & dump, plate, fwb etc), they have full control over their frame (at least to a certain point).

Both choices are completely rational from a redpilled perspective. But if you do make females operate in your frame, then your frame needs to be strong enough not to get exploited.

The PUA version of "hold frame bruh" is bullshit. But the actual concept of frame is very beneficial in most situations, whether a woman is involved or not.

Its not a blue pilled pussy worshipper's delusion OP. The actual delusion is the half assed knowledge that this fender guy has.

I'm not a PUA and think most of it is snake-oil-salesmanship but this post is a little off the mark.

Holding frame is an important social skill and applies beyond women. Applies with your buddies, applies at a job interview. And it is not just about faking it. A decent definition of frame is the identity you project consciously and unconsciously and the strength of your belief in that identity.

Holding frame at a job interview means seeing yourself and projecting yourself as the best version of yourself in that context - as competent and capable. Tough interview questions are designed to test or break your frame. Obviously, to pass an interview you have to not only hold frame but have sufficient knowledge and experience to answer the questions. On the other hand, a perfectly competent individual could lose frame and suddenly see himself as unqualified even if that is an irrational perception due to simply nerves. That's breaking frame. If you break frame psychologically, your brain will fog over, you will become nervous, and your answers will sound weak even if they are technically solid.

It's the same with women. Frame is not going to replace good looks, status, & money. But if you interact with women like a mopey incel, they're going to see you as a mopey incel no matter how much wealth and physical attractiveness you have.

If that is truly how you view women, then you should have no trouble holding frame with them.
