Fuck dude. IIRC, depending on where you live, you can't kick someone out unless you give them a 30 day notice. From what I've learned from other men in this situation is that you have to stand firm. Do not let her emotionally sway you in any way. That means not losing your cool, not falling for any attempts to make you feel guilty, not buying into any attempt for you two to get back together. If she tries to use your daughter to get you to feel bad, call her out on it.

You better be on her ass seeing whatever progress she made in looking for a job. And I mean check on her every day. You want to know where she's been applying and how many places and the average of places she's applying to per day. Because she's unemployed, I take it you're paying for anything she uses as well.

But yeah, first mistake was letting her back in.

So she cheats on you then moves in with her boss without any remorses then comes back to you when she needs a place to stay, and you let her in? Ah my man my man my man, you should've never let her back in the first place. The same exact thing happened to a friend of mine and she started "manipulation mode".

Something like: oh I realized I've always loved you and blabla then use the child so she can get back together with you and own you. You're accustomed to the MGTOW philosophy now so it probably won't happen to you but it's still a dangerous situation.

OFC she uses the child for her manipulation game, she has way more in her mind than just seeing her child, trust me.

Just a quick addition to the advice that everyone else has provided:

I get the impression that she will be home alone with your daughter while you are at work during the day? And she stays with your daughter in a separate room?

Be warned, she could use this as evidence that she is the "primary caretaker" and take custody of your daughter, along with child support.

Incredulous for sure, but courts are damn near orgasmic at the thought of giving custody to the mother, and have routinely done so in cases even more crazy than this one.
