So I'd say on the extreme end, a MGTOW could become a solitary mountain man who only engages with other humans when he needs necessities like food, etc.

A regular MGTOW would probably be a city dweller who uses their brain and doesn't let women have any say in what they do.

Regular MGTOW can still bang if they want to, they just eschew relationships.

Monk Mode does not bang at all, either for risk-minimization reasons, or to explore the boundaries of self-control and discipline.

Well, just look at the front page, the #1 post on r/mgtow right now is a guy talking about his relationship and passing shit tests. I guess an average MGTOW is a guy in a relationship, while MGTOW Monks are actual men who have gone their own way and told women and society to fuck off.
