My argument is always that I'm not sexually attracted to objects, i do find women sexually attractive though. So sexual attraction is not objectification its an acknowledgement that they are a living breathing person with all that goes with it. It's not like i see a particularly curvaceous lamp and get all horny.

Feminists want to say that every single time a male looks at her, he's objectifying her, but it's cool for him to look like a giant walking wallet. They want to make it where there is 0 objectifying going on, but they don't realize that the first step in a lot of attractions between people is how they look.

I'm not going to go up to a hamplanet to hit on her just because she might have a nice personality under the layer of Lays potato chips and Mt Dew residue. I'm going to hit on a girl that I find visually appealing. I'm not going to think of her as merely a vagina with legs, but there is indeed that initial objectification going on.

The funny thing though, is that once she hits the wall, and people STOP hitting on her, her self esteem plummets. No malez are giving me attention? Must be the patriarchy....

You'd think that women would want to be objectified, because it validates their high sexual market value to draw in a decent mate.

Just observe social media (ack). Attractive young girls (or they think they are) are more likely to post vain selfies, just for the massive amount of likes, in order to thrive in their self-perceived value.

The ugly ones hate how society gives preferential treatment to attractive people. They want a level playing field, by expecting society to lower and eventually neutralise their standards, so that they don't feel bad about being lazy and not doing anything to improve themselves.

If you're not genetically gifted in beauty, then you can just work on being healthy, intelligent, skilled, and not be a cunt. Apparently, it's just too hard for them too.

Well, that depends entirely on what you mean by "being objectified".

I mean, if I'm not rich or successful enough for anyone to pretend to be attracted to me (which I'd call a form of objectification even if feminists refuse to recognize it as such because doing so would take away their ability to act like they're morally superior to men), that doesn't necessarily, by itself, make me a repulsive piece of shit. A bit of a loser, maybe, but not repulsive. It just means nobody's objectifying me.

it is the same as the idea of men who wanted to be "abused" by women when they were horny teens and couldn't get it.. Then they go to articles written about women accused of rape when some 28-30 year old woman has sex with a 14-15 year old and these guys call the dude "lucky" for some reason.

I personally would not want to be objectified all the time. Sure attention is nice, sure comments like "you have nice butt" is nice once in a while, but imagine if a women said it to you everyday, it would really lose the power pretty quick and you would just feel like a sex tool for them.

Men who never get objectified does not understand the feeling usually. It is very hard to feel empathy nowadays when society taught all men that having feelings and crying is "not what real men do".
