We aren't actually "paying for it"... not in the sense of money we pay in taxes.

See, what y'all need to comprehend, is how the government "finances" shit like this by simply "printing money" (mega f'ing shit-tons of it).

Now normally that would lead to shit tons of "inflation"... but -- in the current world, and for a while yet (but not forever*) -- the "dollar" hegemony world, allows them to get away with it.

* Said situation will not last; at some point in time OTHER countries will have had enough... and this present "system" will end.
