Why are women so prone to using censorship? I had a response removed for simply disagreeing with another person.

When I noticed the topic "What are the pros and cons of dating a short guy?". The first thing I noticed is how several women said short men were insecure and that's why they didn't find them attractive. Smh.

One particular woman's response was that a con of dating short men is that we have short man syndrome. My response:

"Short guy lifts weights = compensating

Short guy plays music really well = compensating

Short guy talks loud = compensating

Short guy has lots of tattoos = compensating

Short guy displays leadership qualities = chip on shoulder, compensating manlet

Tall guy that does any/all of the same shit = normal/not compensating

I think most of the perception of the chip on short dudes' shoulders comes from the projection of how people would feel if they were a short man. People are highly aware of how masculinity is measured in our culture and project the insecurity they would feel if they were a short guy onto actual short men. This distorts the perception of any semi-aggressive or masculine behavior short men exhibit into a childish attempt of trying to appear secure with themselves.

Basically if a short man isn't behaving in a perfectly convenient fashion, he will be perceived as compensating and unconfident, by default, because of other people's hang ups and insecurities. People will outright dismiss short men's inconvenient opinions....even online, then feel that short men have chips on their shoulders because that's how they would feel based on how they look at short men in the first place.

My point? Short man syndrome is a myth. Assholes come in all shapes and sizes."

For simply disagreeing my comment was removed. Rather than debate, they would rather remove or ban. Why do you guys think women gravitate towards censorship and similar types of behaviors?
