Because people keep crying there are "barriers to women". So, they've officially removed all external barriers. Now they're just gonna have to complain about microagressions or something.

One of the girls in my internship got an internship at google because women in code or something like that. I constantly have to help her out with her code its pathetic.

Because most women completely suck at logic based disciplines...so there are less women working in Science / Software Development.

Women need extra help and encouragement to compensate for their poor logic, math, and science skills.....women do however have a higher emotional and social intelligence, which is why they are able to manipulate blue pilled men so well.

And there is Django girls

Django Girls is a non-profit organization and a community that empowers and helps women to organize free, one-day programming workshops by providing tools, resources and support. We are a volunteer run organization with hundreds of people contributing to bring more amazing women into the world of technology. We are making technology more approachable by creating resources designed with empathy.

During each of our events, 30-60 women build their first web application using HTML, CSS, Python and Django.

When you are part of a group that makes up more than 50% of the population (ie women) you are already dripping in privilege. Here's how I did it, without any hand up:

1 Bought books and taught myself computer programming.
2 Set up my own Linux server providing free linux services.
3 Worked for free for Shell Provider to get experience in Linux SysAdmin and Programming
4 After working for free, I found an entry level job as a Linux Sys Admin
5 Worked my way up doing extra projects for the company in my spare time, unpaid, just to get experience and recognition.
6 After grafting hard for 3 years had flurry of better job offers due to my self taught programming skills, the voluntary work I did working for other companies for FREE along with the commercial experience I gained which included putting in extra hours for free... i'm now a highly paid Software Developer.

Graft hard, put in extra hours, take on extra projects, put your blood, sweat & tears into it and doors will open for you... unless of course you just want a free course, with free food, giving you a free education just because you are part of that privileged class that makes up over 50% of the population... girls.

They have created a facade of oppression on STEM fields, so when they get free college (a man somewhere ends up paying for) and a boost to the front of the job line in a STEM field and they actually have to take that step and get a big boy job and work for a living, they bail because it's "too hard". Usually end up with a social media marketing degree, which will pay more than most hard working jobs that men do, and marry some rich guy for his money and things, while complaining about patriarchy and oppression. Being A Girl Is Hard.
