I snear when the progressive/feminist cucks condemn men saying we need to share more of our feelings. I used to be a feminist guy, world's best husband and father (my wife used to say). One of the reasons she gave for leaving was that I went through a couple months of depression. She got my daughter taken from me in part by telling the courts that she'd overheard me crying before. If it gets out that I am struggling again with depression, I'll lose my daughter again, and lose $40k in court costs again to try to get her back. I had to pass a full psychiatric evaluation just to get the courts to stop listening to my ex. Most of my money has been stolen by family court. We as men are literally punished in the most brutal ways possible by our society for having normal feelings. I've long since learned that the only option available to me is to be absolutely stoic and strong, no matter what carnage I am put through, since showing any emotion will only make my situations 3X worse. I deal with my shit on my own now, balling my eyes out when I'm alone (helps a ton), reading mental health books and ancient stoicism, going on 3+ day hikes, and prayer. Life has continued to be fucking hard, but it has only made me even harder. I once was a sweet innocent little boy (my parents never prepared me), and now society has made me a controlled, calculating, rage-filled moderate-sociopath. I doubt anyone I know realizes what I've become deep down, I put on a good face, I have to. But sometimes I scare myself in knowing what I've been pushed to, and what it's made me capable of. I know there are MANY men like me, making the best of this evil situation, biding our time. Society doesn't realize that all it will take is the slightest crack in the dam for things they've never imagined to be unleashed from the millions of men like me they've betrayed and tormented.

Fellow MGTOW's, this post brings to my mind a question that I've been needing to ask.

If someone should come to me, and tell me they are depressed/suicidal, what can I do to help? I want to help, I don't want to make the problem worse, but I'm socially awkward and say the wrong thing at the wrong time. Help me brothers, what do I do to help a brother who is hurting?
