Back in the day I was pretty low 'smv'. I wasn't very good looking, made crap money and overall was not particularly desireable. I still dated women, but they usually left me for guys who were cooler than I was. Maybe better looking.

Overtime I became more successful in my career, have some nice assets and became better looking. I thought hey, I have all this good shit going for me now, I should be good because I'm not easily replaceable. Wrong.

The problem is when you have more, you attract MORE hypergamous women. The women who go for guys who have it going for them, are usually women with higher degrees of hypergamy (it varies from woman to woman). However, the real danger with this is her using you as a stepping stone. A woman who has dated mostly losers, and dates a successful guy finally, quickly adjusts to her new "level". She now sets her eyes on MORE successful guys than you after getting a taste for blood.

Often times she will penetrate your more successful circle to find other guys in your group that have more. The cycle continues. It only increases the stakes for you. So if you get it 'going for yourself' and you start getting more women, watch out, it's worse, more predatory, more callously dangerous and far more hypergamous.
