I've never worked a clean, light duty job from the time I graduated highschool. Every employer has given females a chance, paid exactly the same rate as the men. They never last when they realize that the work isn't going to do itself and nobody is going to tolerate them standing around all day hoping somebody else will do the job for them. Those that do manage to stick the job out are far and few between, and they are always compensated equally.

Crazy enough, tech companies are creating positions just to hire women and report they have women in tech.

A woman without experience will become a VP of Ethical Compliance or something, even if never learned ethics.
