Another beautiful day in my department starts, nothing wrong... Except as it always has to be: Users not having there shit together and annoying us to death... Or like in this fine situation a female employee from marketing.. Goes like that:

OP: IT, how can I help you today? Employee: I want headsets and webcams OP: Sure thing, do you have a ticket number already or is this a new order? Employee: Nah I dont have a ticket number OP: How much headsets and webcams do you want? Employee: Uh I dont know OP: Cant work with that Employee: Reeeee but I want headsets

Went on like that for an hour... Have fun with woman in the workplace...
