I was thinking back about when I was newly divorced...

My ex shows up at our arranged meeting place to hand off the kids and she brings her at the time new boyfriend. He was unemployed and remained so for six years while living on my child support payments and her welfare.

I arrive tired and in a fairly shitty mood. I'm a train conductor and I drove three and a half hours from my place of work after working a train that ran past it's hours of service, which is 12 hours, plus the van ride from the train to the crew lobby. Imagine the feeling you'd have after a twelve plus hour car ride. Not an easy car ride though. One where you have to remain hyper vigilant and make sure that the 10,000 ton combination of chlorine, sulfuric acid and diesel fuel traveling at 70mph directly behind you doesn't find it's way off the rail or into the nose of another train.

And then get out of that car, chug a Monster low carb blue and throw in a dip and get into a piece of shit 1989 Chevy Celebrity (Oh yeah, I drove the best rides after divorce) and drive close to another four fucking hours to see your kids.

It was worth the drive every time. I fucking love my kids.

So, I arrive in lovely East Lancaster Ca. where my ex thinks raising two white children amongst the densest population of Crips, scum and gang bangers in California would be a good idea.

I get out of the car and so do they.

This fucking schlub who weighs close to 270 pounds and is shaped like a fucking giant bowling pin, steps out of what was once my car while wearing a Wally World "You Mad Bro?" shirt.

Okay, I was REALLY tired...and maybe I was just looking at this the wrong way.

Maybe this was an event that was based entirely on sheer coincidence and piss poor foresight....

But then again I doubt it.

I struggled to hide my anger harder than I had for quite some time.

This fucking trailer park piece of shit thinks he's funny...

I swallowed my ego harder than I think I have ever before or since.

I took my son and my daughter and we went to my mom's house and had a decent weekend.

But long story short, in those moments of realizing what this faggot was wearing and doing, in my reflecting upon this situation years later, I realized this is probably the closest I ever came to double homicide and life behind bars.

My ex used to be very thin with big ass titties. Now she's pushing 200 or more pounds, and not having to pretend to want to sleep with that is worth the support payments and any retribution on the dumb piece of shit that married a single mother.

I got a 19yo spinner after and stopped caring. The further I get through this divorce thing, the more I'm noticing the tables turning...and they're turning fast.
