Hello everyone,

I’ve bumped into the term mgtow at first from youtube years ago. Before actually meeting my husband and I empathise fully with what ever crap you guys have been through and understand why you choose this life. No one deserves to be used, treated like crap, cheated on and disrespected. I’ve been on reddit for a while and wanted to see if there was a group here so I could ask some questions.

Back to my questions. Are you guys against being in relationships all together? Or would you consider it based on the woman? If she is an honest woman who respects and appreciates your kindness and doesn’t take it as weakness? This seems to be something from the West if I am correct?

Just some perspective.

Where I am from, we are actually very traditional per se. The man is considered the head of the household and the woman is to serve her family. He is obliged to provide for his family and treat them with kindness, but the woman must do her part too and treat her husband with kindness, respect and never take advantage of his kindness. We respect and honour our men and vice versa. Most of us women are stay at home mothers and we support our husbands in what they do. A lot of us also work if we need to and I personally am doing a degree online and will work when my children are older. I would only work part time, to spend more time with the kids.

I understand in the West it is looked down upon and the rise in feminism is basically just destroying a man being a man and women stepping all over men. But this is not the case where I come from. Unfortunately this feminist ideology is creeping into my community also and you will find a-lot of the younger generation of girls with these similar views. Both genders in the younger generation have different views on marriage now.

I hope what I am saying is clear. I’m very interested in your responses. Thankyou!
