I'm going through a book who analyses the recurring patterns amongst collapsing societies, called
(warning: albeit the title is super corny, the book is actually super professional and makes sense from a psychological standpoint)
"The phoenix principle and the coming dark age", from which you can clearly see a pattern of civilizations becoming "more feminine" during their last times (e.g. Women are given equal rights to men). From there, I found out Cato the Elder's warning about the disarray of Roman society due to women's nefarious influence on peace (Livy's History of Rome, book 34, sections 2-4) - with stuff like "Women want total freedom or rather - to call things by their names - total licence. If you allow them to achieve complete equality with men, do you think they will be easier to live with? Not at all. Once they have achieved equality, they will be your masters".

I'm still working on these theories. But, so far, here's the picture I'm getting:

when societies grow complacent (e.g. Too wealthy to offer natural challenges), their men "lose their manhood". Because not accustomed anymore to truly be in a fight: to be in situations where it is required them to win. And, when that happens, they start to fail women's shittesting (unreasonable requests made with the sole purpose of seeing if you're man enough to tell them to fuck off). The shittesting snowballs until women overwhelm society with their bullshit, bringing it to a total disarray - and, in that moment, society becomes easy prey for other ascending and more masculine societies (e.g. Egypt got fucked by the Arabs, Rome got fucked by the barbarians, Greeks got fucked by the Romans, etc. etc. etc...).

I just hope our scenario won't be: Europe and USA gets fucked by China ( https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/23/business/china-boys-men-school.html )
