It's hard to say, but it's a great way to introduce red pill stuff, and carefully MGTOW by some example. Like the part it's just your turn.

I just would make it a cheap used car salesman approach. It would upset me if a friend said, 'What in the world were you thinking, everyone knows from MGTOW that one day you would lose. And look, you did lose...'

What he's going through depends on how he sees the divorce, as well as how hard the blue pill indoctrination is in him.

For example, if a guy feels that the divorce was too draining (financially, emotionally, and spiritually), then he might wake up and say, "Never again will I get married. Never again will I go through that much drama." and start taking red pills and go MGTOW.

However, if the blue pill indoctrination is hard and it wasn't too draining on him, he might just get married again. Or seek another draining relationship. I've seen guys take some real poundings in divorce and stay absolutely bluepilled. I wouldn't waste time comforting these types of guys. If you get the feeling your friend is gonna stay bluepilled, then keep away from him. Comforting him will be useless because he'll just do it all over again.
