I hear it all, I read it all, I understand it all, but at the end of the day, I haven’t had these earth-shattering experience a lot of you all seem to have had. I’ve never been cheated on. I’ve never had my heart broken. I’ve never been played. I just haven’t had an experience that made me think, “Man, I don’t want to date a woman ever again.”

At some point I’d like to try shrooms, my friends told me that’s the first step before any other psychedelic. I’m not sure how this sub feels about psychedelics, but let me remind you all that mushrooms and acid are like, some of the lowest-rated drugs in terms of harm. I think magic mushrooms is actually the lowest, with alcohol being #1.

Anyways, I want to try shrooms first and then venture into acid/LSD and maybe DMT. I’m hoping to get a breath of fresh air and a new perspective on life as a whole, but I’m curious, have any of you all tried psychedelics and ever had it click in your head just like, “Yep, AWALT.” or something similar? Or just any trip that made you go your own way?
